One Touch Lancets

Depending on which Blood Glucose Meter you are using, you have two lancets to decide from. Lancets come in different gauges, which is the thickness of the needle. The higher the gauge, the thinner the needle.

First, the OneTouch FinePoint Lancets which is a 25-gauge neddle for use with the OneTouch SureStep and OneTouch Basic Meters.

The other is the OneTouch UltraSoft Lancets which is a 28-gauge needle for use with the OneTouch Ultra2, OneTouch UltraMini, OneTouch UltraSmart, and OneTouch Ultra Meters, and the OneTouch Ping and InDuo Systems.

Special Note

• Always use a new lancet every time you test to avoid infection as well as improve comfort and performance.
• Never use lancet that has been used by someone else.
• If you share your OneTouch Lancing Device, make sure to use a fresh lancet and a new or properly disinfected cap
